COVID-19 Office Safety

• Beginning on April 3, 2023, Washington State’s mandate requiring masking in healthcare facilities is lifted. Masking for patients who are not sick with a contagious illness is now optional at our clinic. In order to continue keeping our community safe, Ballard Natural Medicine will have the following policies in place until further notice:

  • Ballard Natural Medicine employees will happily mask up at your request.

  • We will continue to provide masks for those who would like to wear them in the clinic.

  • We will continue to screen patients for symptoms of COVID-19 and ask those experiencing symptoms to please wear a mask while in the office.

• If you have been exposed to or tested positive for COVID please follow CDC guidelines for when to quarantine/isolate. Please do not come to the office if you are in the quarantine or isolation phase. We are happy to move your visit to a telemedicine appointment.
