Current patients can log into our Patient Portal to access your Health Records.
The patient portal is a webpage that you can log onto which provides access to health records and easy, secure communication with our staff. All patients are provided with log-in info to join our portal at your first appointment. The portal provides:
• Access to lab results, vaccination records, medication lists
• Secure messaging with your physician for clarifications following appointments and non-urgent questions
• Online scheduling of appointments
Please feel free to call us if you have any questions about your patient portal account. This system is far from perfect, but they are continually making updates to make access and communication smoother.
Practice Fusion Patient Portal Email UPDATE
Our electronic medical records vendor Practice Fusion rolled out an update on August 27th, 2019 that has impacted access to the patient portal. It now requires any patient who uses the same email address for more than account in Practice Fusion to update the system with a new email address. This means if you use the same email address for multiple members of your family you will need to create a unique email address for each family member. Also, if you have an account with another provider who uses Practice Fusion you will have to create a new email address.
If you are unable to access the portal, please call our office with your new email address. We will update your record and send you a new invitation to link to the patient portal.
We realize that this is frustrating and a huge inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding as we deal with this unexpected change to our software.
