Online Appointment Scheduling

• Online appointment requests - Appointment requests are considered pending until approved by our staff. You will received a confirmation email and/or text when your appointment is approved.

• 18+ patients - Patients 18 years and older must submit their own appointment requests.

• New patients - Please request the appointment type ‘New Patient’ to establish care and read through our New Patients info page before booking your visit.

• Re-establishing care - If you have not been seen in the last three years, please request the appointment type ‘New Patient’.
