Primary Care, Specialty Care, Pediatrics
Dr. Melissa Larson (she/her) is a primary care physician providing naturopathic care for adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Larson specializes in guiding women through the hormonal transitions of midlife, including perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Her expertise includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT), helping women manage symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, brain fog, and low libido. She also supports women through hormonal challenges in the reproductive years, including fertility issues, PCOS, PMS, and PMDD. Dr. Larson works closely with each patient to restore hormonal balance in a safe, personalized, and effective way. Her ultimate goal is to help women feel like themselves again—vibrant, balanced, and joyful.
In addition to her expertise in hormone health, Dr. Larson treats a broad range of digestive concerns in patients of all ages, including chronic constipation, IBS, SIBO, and GERD. She is especially passionate about caring for children and teens, offering primary care, mental health support, and naturopathic treatment for chronic health conditions.
Dr. Larson earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2004. Originally from the Midwest, she has been a Seattle resident since 1999, where she lives with her husband, two kids, and a wonderful community of friends.
